NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING:

Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of Grafton Village Council on 10/29/2025 at 7:00 pm at Grafton Village Hall, 960 Main Street, Grafton, OH, 44044.

This meeting is called by Mayor Charles L. Duke for the following:

· Third reading of Ordinance #25-014 approving a contract with Lorain County Rural Wastewater District to provide disposal of wastewater and treatment for Fiddler’s Green Phase IV and declaring an emergency

· Motion to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters

· Motion to pass the personnel summary sheet

This meeting is open to the public and they are invited to attend.
