Dear Grafton Power & Light customer,

GVP&L is undergoing a systemwide service upgrade to improve reliability and future sustainability.  The improvements include a new MAIN Substation that will be completed in June 2023, and converting all 4k distribution to 12.47k needed to meet the load of a growing community.  As the 12k distribution improvements are made in segmented areas through the Village, a short outage is required to switch the 4kV line to the new 12kV lines.  Notification like this will be distributed by GVP&L personnel to customers when their zone and neighborhood will be affected by the necessary outage.

Weather permitting the date and time for planned outage has been established and this notice serves as your notification on the date and time stated above.  Please prepare for the planned outage, limit opening refrigerators and freezers during the outage.  This notification also provides a RAIN-DATE should for any reason (including eminent weather) the planned outage be delayed.

Should you have any questions please call Village Hall Utility Department 440-926-2401, extension 1, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:00PM.
