Public Advertisement (February 22, 2019)

 The Village of Grafton through its Village Administration is soliciting Bids for agricultural land lease of publicly owned land in GRAFTON, OH 44044.   Parcel “A” estimated to be 149 acres is located North of Capel Rd between Avon Belden Rd and Island Rd.  Parcel “B” estimated to be 200 acres is located on the Southeast corner of Avon Belden and Capel Roads.  The final approval to lease public land is the final decision of Grafton Village Council.  Bid Packets will be available to the public after 1:00 PM February 25, 2019, and may be picked up between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.  All bids must be submitted to; Village of Grafton, Attn Joe Price Village Administrator, at 960 Main St, Grafton Ohio, 44044, and received on or before FRIDAY, 1:00 PM March 15, 2019, at which time a public Bid Opening will be held.  Village Council will consider final approval on or after March 19, 2019, at the regularly scheduled meeting of Council.
